Today at Habitat store, i asked the salesgirl if there were any medium sized bowls of a particular style.
"no. There is. Just small and large."
"will you get anymore? or is it discontinued?"
"no. Il n'exist plus." (it doesn't exist anymore)
So I continue shopping around the rest of the store. On my way over to the checkout, i spy at least 30 of the medium-sized bowls I was looking for, on the other side of the table on a lower shelf."
Et voila! Lesson learned: don't always take no for an answer and just keep looking."

This really is true. I can't remember how many times I've been given a "no" as an answer only to discover finally it can be changed to a "yes" ...
