TweetDelete NotSweet

TweetDelete Support FINALLY, after multiple emails and multiple efforts, cancelled my subscription. I have seen companies do this type of "free trial" offer but force consumers to put in a credit card before you can start the trial. And - oftentimes they make it obtuse or impossible to find the simple "x" to close the offer window or actually start and try the service.

Companies are always looking for ways to secure customers and scammy tactics will never go away. It's just become a daily part for consumers now to be on the guard and watch out for these efforts.

Hi Courtney,
Thanks for contacting TweetDelete.

As requested, I went ahead and canceled your subscription for you. No future invoices are to be expected.

Should you need our service again, please feel free to sign up again.
Best,
Support Team

How do you feel about the support you received today?
🙁 😐 🙂

Thank you for sending the link to the Terms.
As you will see in the Terms, we have a problem.
I notified you right away that I wanted a free account. I also indicated
that I never wanted a paid account but when I went to try the service, I
could not activate it until I entered a credit card. I was not even given a
grace period to try the service; I was charged immediately.
This is false advertising - the site and all promos offer a free account,
and yet it was inaccessible when I went to register for it.
I asked to be refunded and to cancel my service, which your firm did
not do.Instead
- I was offered to be downgraded to a monthly subscription (which I do not
want). And still, have never been offered to cancel my service.
Communications have continually indicated "till the end of my subscription"
but I did not want an annual plan, nor do I want a monthly plan (with no
end in sight). I want to cancel my service and have my money refunded. I do
not want to be refunded for the remaining months of an annual plan because
I never wanted an annual (or monthly) plan.
I wanted to try this service for free, which still has never occurred.
Please refund my money and cancel my account completely.
Thank you,Courtney Pulitzer

not "good luck"

A study published in Physics and Society found that luck plays an outsize role in exceptional success. In fact, as the researchers write, “almost never do the most talented people reach the highest peaks of success, being overtaken by mediocre but sensibly luckier individuals.”

I think about this every time my son is about to do something new...and I stop myself and think "what would be more affirming."

Even though I grew up with a lot of "good lucks," I'm going to head into this day determined not to be taken over by someone mediocre!
